outhSpeak Singapore 2015 is a premiere event powered by AIESEC that brings together both young and senior leaders to form a diverse cross-sector and multi-generational space for inspiring conversations around pressing issues. The forum aims to create an environment where people from diverse backgrounds can cross-pollinate ideas, share insights and gain new perspectives to create actionable outcomes to push the world forward.

Part 1: Keynote Speakers

Soon Loo: Managing Director of Seri Venture Capital
Always challenging life beyond limits, Soon founded start-ups, held top corporate roles and taught at universities. For using his business skills to start successful ventures that give back to the community, Soon was conferred JCI Top Ten Most Outstanding Young Persons of the World 2013 award. He continues to impact lives as an executive coach at Executive Coach International, an investor for the Brunei government with Seri Venture Capital, and a mentor to young entrepreneurs.

Kuik Shiao Yin: Co-Founder of School of Thought
Together with her two founding partners, Shiao Yin runs a group of social businesses known as The Thought Collective whose mission is to build up the social and emotional capital of their city. Their work centres on contextualising public conversation to advance the common good. Outside of the Collective, she is currently serving the public sector as a Nominated Member of Parliament as well as a Board Member of SCAPE*. Shiao-Yin believes in helping young people realise their capacity to impact their culture and community through thoughtful work. She speaks regularly on innovation, entrepreneurship, creativity, resilience and the power of personal story.

Rosaline Koo: Founder & CEO of CXA
Rosaline Koo is the founder & CEO of CXA, Asia’s first insurance wellness marketplace. Rosaline has 25 years of P&L and operational experience leading start-ups & corporate turnarounds in Asia & the US, delivering significant growth through launching new business models, products, countries & distribution channels. She supervised P&G factory lines in Iowa before working in 8 different roles during her 8 years at Bankers Trust Company in New York.  She launched two technology start-ups in Asia, before moving to her client ACE to lead alternative distribution channels for A&H insurance. She also ran Mercer Marsh Benefits’ 14 countries across Asia Pacific, growing the business by 800% over 8 years.
